We are looking for a Medical Assistant for a pulmonologist's office. You will be working directly with a medical assistant. Please note that pay is based on experience.

Duties:

• Rooming patients
• Submitting orders and authorizations.
• Scheduling procedures
• Chart prepping
• Organizing reports for physician to sign off on
• Attending to patient requests
• Curogram Communications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience of at least two years in a pulmonologist's office

Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record(EMR) – such as NextGen, EPIC

Proficient with Microsoft office, Excel and Google spread sheets

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and at a fair market rate

Will strongly consider 401K after 90 days to see if we are a mutual fit
